What kinds of events do you work on?
Almost any gathering where a considered guest or team experience would add value: birthdays, anniversaries, dinners, launches, openings, conferences, seminars, retreats, incentive trips, awards, client events and more. If your event does not fit a neat category, that is completely fine.
Do you work with both individuals and companies?
Yes. We work with private hosts, founders, in-house teams, event planners, agencies, venues and hospitality partners. The process is adapted to the people making the decisions and the level of coordination required.
Can the experience follow our brand guidelines?
Yes. We can work with your existing visual identity, campaign direction or event theme. Branding can be prominent, subtle or absent—we will guide the balance so the experience still feels generous and desirable to receive.
Do we need to know exactly what we want?
No. A guest profile, objective, mood or budget is enough to start. Our role is to translate the brief into a creative direction and practical proposal. If you already have an idea, we can develop that too.
How early should we get in touch?
Lead time depends on quantity, customisation and sourcing. Four to twelve weeks is a useful guide for many events, while larger or highly bespoke projects benefit from more time. If your date is closer, ask us—we will be clear about what can be achieved well.
Can you support different guest groups or multiple moments?
Absolutely. We can create distinct versions for speakers, VIPs, teams, children, media or other groups, and plan a sequence of gifts before, during and after the event.
Do you handle packaging, assembly and delivery?
Yes. We provide a complete creative and production service, including sourcing, supplier coordination, packaging, assembly and finishing. Delivery arrangements and any venue requirements are agreed within your proposal.
